the chinese manufacturer Machenik was the first to launch a laptop with the GPU Intel Arc A730M, the high-end dedicated GPU for now that can be found in the enterprise market. This has 24 Xe cores which add up to a total of 3072 FP32 cores operating at a frequency of 1100MHz accompanied by 12 GB of GDDR6 memory @ 14 Gbps with a 192-bit memory interface to achieve a bandwidth of 336 GB/s with a maximum consumption of 120W.
Above this GPU will only be the Intel Arc A770M with 4096 cores @ 1650 MHz and 16 GB of GDDR6 memory with a 256-bit memory interface and a maximum consumption of 150W, although no release date yet.
For the rest, it is obvious that the laptop uses processors 12th Generation Intel Core (Alder Lake) up to 14 cores, features a 16-inch IPS panel with resolution 2.5K@165Hz which covers 100% of the sRGB color space, we have access to DDR5 @ 4800 MHz RAM, NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD storage, USB-C port for charging (from 0 to 90% in 2 hours) and is put on sale June 6 at a price offered at the exchange rate of €1,055but its final price will be €1,210with an Intel Core i7-12700H processor (8x P-Core + 6x E-Core).
If it’s expensive or cheap, we’ll know when we know the real performance of the Intel Arc A730M to be able to compare the price/performance ratio with other equipment based on traditional solutions from Nvidia and AMD.
