Xiaomi announced a new laptop, the 12.4″ BOOKSwhich powerfully attracted attention when using a SoC Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2which is a 7nm Snapdragon 865 for laptops with a TDP of 7W (8 Kyro 495 cores at 2.84 GHz + Adreno 680 GPU).
With this hardware, it promises to freely move the multi-touch IPS panel of 12.4 inches at a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels @ 60 GHz, which is capable of reaching a peak brightness of 500nitscover 100% of the DCI-P3 color space and are protected by Gorilla Glass 3 laminate.
In terms of hardware, the rest of the specifications go through the use of 8 GB RAM LPDDR4X next to 256 GB of storage (they do not indicate the type of storage) expandable by means of a microSD card.

Now comes the most interesting, and that is that it goes on sale at the price of €699.99being the funniest of all, that despite being exorbitantly priced for the hardware it has (and despite that it doesn’t offer 4G LTE connectivity), the keyboard is not included. This is sold separately by €149.99. Come on, having a Windows 11 laptop with a keyboard costs you the joke 850 eurosprice for which we find much better on the market.
