Position – Senior Director of PC Planning and Strategy

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategy and business activity within Global Channel Sales and deliver unique and optimized PC sales growth and business plan to hub and territory teams for implementation . You will identify future sectors and partnerships for business growth. The plan must support the delivery of agreed critical global channel sales metrics.

To achieve this, you will lead collaboration with partners such as CDS Management, GSBO Center and Territory Management, Global Marketing, WWS, Legal, Corporate Strategy, PPM and other global business partners (eg Genba, Epic, Steam).

The candidate should be flexible and open to changing roles and responsibilities based on the changing needs of this business unit as it grows and expands.

Responsibilities

  • Direct PC growth and business strategy
  • Increase PC MAU for PC content
  • Develop and implement overall PC store strategy and process
  • Coordinate with all relevant collaborators to agree on the activity (WWS, Marketing and GSBO strategy)
  • Ensure activity supports compliance with important relevant metrics
  • Meet PC budget and all revenue goals
  • Work with hub and territory teams to ensure adherence to business plan and growth within regions
  • Ensure that the activity plan meets the needs of our players
  • Create and grow global PC business partner opportunities (Telco)
  • PC sales growth, strategy and execution on global PC sales fronts (Epic, Steam)
  • Identify promotional and incremental sales opportunities through data and develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing.
  • Some domestic and/or international travel may be required.
