Nvidia Announces Its Graphics Cards Are Dropping “At Reasonable Prices” (It’s Going Wrong)

Nvidia issued a clear and direct press release, since it is titled “Nvidia graphics cards drop in price“.

According to the company, “now it will be possible to find Nvidia graphics cards at reasonable prices“. Of course, the examples they gave were not very encouraging, since for example the cheapest GeForce RTX 3060 Ti is around 580 euros compared to the current recommended price of 439 €. Another example they give is the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti for 800 euros against the recommended price of 649 €.

Obviously, the prices are much better compared to what we saw a few months agoand stock problems are already a thing of the past, so the only current problem that prevents many users from renewing their graphics card is that the extra cost of these compared to the reference price still highso it looks like we’ll have to wait a few more months to see prices that are already approaching the recommended price, as it will be time to get rid of excess inventory to make room for the company’s next generation of GPUs.

Nvidia has announced that, from now on, it will be easier to find its graphics cards at more affordable prices thanks to a considerable increase in inventory. The company stresses that this is not a temporary promotion, but that the availability and prices of its products should remain stable in the coming months.

Users interested in purchasing a GeForce RTX 30-series GPU can already find several of the models through Nvidia’s official website and official distributors. Nvidia and major manufacturers have worked hard to ensure the availability of their graphics cards at good prices, including some factory overclocked models.

Returning models include the following GPUs:

  • Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Trinity OC LHR 8GB GDDR6X, can be purchased for €799.89 at Pc Components.
  • Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Twin Edge OC LHR 8 GB GDDR6, available for €579.89 at Pc Components.
  • MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ventus 2X OC LHR 12 GB GDDR6, now at €449.89 in PC Components.

Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 30-series graphics cards are designed to deliver the best gaming experience on the latest titles. They are ready to run ray-traced games thanks to the built-in RT Cores, while capable of delivering the best performance in games supporting DLSS, the AI-powered upsampling technology, thanks to the proprietary Tensor Cores of the GeForceRTX GPUs.
