While we still don’t know when the first GPUs will go on sale Arc Intel, at least it seems that their launch prices have been leaked. They will not be long in coming, and basically, at the latest, they will be launched June 30thbut curiously we already have data on one of the details that most interest us, the prices.
“Our friends in Taiwan informed us that Intel called some members of its supply chain a week ago and revealed some final details about its upcoming Arc GPU release. Seeing two contenders become three in the GPU world dedicated devices was only a wish three years ago, but now it is becoming a reality,” said Wccftech.
It is stated that the mid-range GPU, the Intel Arc A750which would compete in terms of performance with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060would have a price of $350 (vs. $419 for the currently cheapest RTX 3060).
Just below we have the Intel Arc A580which would have a price of $280 and would compete with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050. Here things get complicated, and it is that this Nvidia GPU can already be found for more than 299 dollars, and the maturity of the Nvidia software (and also that of AMD) costs more than 19 dollars of difference, so it does not does not end up convincing.
Finally, the most affordable, entry-level GPU will be the Intel Arc A380how much would it cost $150 offering 6 GB of GDDR6 memory (vs 8 GB of the rest of the models) and which would compete with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650GPU with 4 GB of memory spinning around $190 right now in a limited offer (from $219 all other models).
Basically, the countdown is here, so all the information will come out in a few weeks.
